Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact me at Judith@llimonetaart.com to inform us of your intention to return the product and receive further instructions.

Provide Details: In your communication, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Exceptions:

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Personalized or customized items.

Perishable goods.

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
